- Conduct analysis on different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization, prepare reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness and make recommendations to support the development and maintenance of effective C&B programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy.
- Advise HR and line managers in the EMEA region in taking decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees.
- Contribute to the design and development of compensation policies.
- Responsible for the yearly development of the “Market Reference Points” for job holders in EMEA.
- Make recommendations in the establishment of the annual salary increase budget of the EMEA region.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the budget during the annual salary review cycle. Provide support throughout the entire cycle of the annual merit process (worldwide managed via the eComp system).
- Remain informed of new employment/social legislation which affect employees’ C&B.
- Closely cooperate with external compensation consulting companies. Participate and follow up on salary and benefits surveys/benchmark studies and trends in order to advise the HR departments in EMEA and make sure the reward strategy remains market competitive and up to date.
- Conduct training sessions (on an as needed base) to local HR departments and line managers in the usage of different compensation policies.
- Participate as the team member in (strategic) projects and initiatives.
- Additional task: HR Advisor responsibility for the team of RBIS employees in the Netherlands.

Global HR Advisor (main focus on recruitment)
- Responsible for a full range of HR services (EMEA/GLOBAL) in different areas such as compensation & benefits, recruitment … (200 FTE).
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process within EMEA.
- Development and implementation of different policies for the EMEA/GLOBAL region (e.g. global travel policy, local daily allowance structures, overtime/flex policy) and procedures (e.g. recruitment and transfer of holiday days).
- Development of relocation packages in line with company guidelines on an as needed base.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a new salary and adjusted bonus structure (EMEA, US & China).
- Provide support to the Global HR Director in different legal issues (employment law).

HR Assistant/Recruiter
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process in EMEA (aligning profile with hiring team, preparing and placing ads and giving order to and managing recruitment agencies when needed, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts etc.)
- Provide administrative support to the department (contract renewals, new hires, etc).
