Logistic Manager at AOC International (Europe) B.V. & MMD Monitors and Displays NL B.V
MMD (Multimedia Displays) is a wholly-owned company of TPV established in 2009 through a brand license agreement with Philips, and its role is to exclusively market and sell Philips branded LCD monitors and displays worldwide.
AOC International (Europe) B.V. is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of computer displays.

In November 2010 I started working as SAP SD Business Analyst in a SAP implementation project. During this project my responsibilities were:
-Describe the “As-is” & “To-be” processes.
-Communication link between IT and Operations. (Sales Support, Planning, Logistics)
-System Integration Test (SIT)
-Set up and lead User Acceptance Test (UAT) and user training

After SAP went live I worked for half a year as Senior Demand Planner for AOC.

As per first of January 2012 I was promoted to Logistics Manager for AOC and MMD. In this role my responsibilities were:

-Develop and monitor the planning, organizing and execution of logistic activities with the 3PL network
-Lead a team of 3 FTE
-Ensure 3PL partners perform according contract and KPI´s
-Design, introduce and monitor new KPI’s to ensure high service
-Act as company representative during MBR´s and QBR´s
-Benchmark suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and service
-Observe and execute stock policy to maintain 100% stock integrity
-2nd Level escalation point for operations to 3PL partners
-Working closely with internal stake holders like product marketing, sales, finance
-Identify bottle necks and translate these in changes and improvements
-Procurement of monitor accessories and logistics related services

Main Projects:
-Active role in the RFQ process which lead to the change of warehouse and transport partner
-Project Manager of the inland haulage and warehouse/transport implementation projects

In this period I traveled 7 months through Latin America, 3 months through Oceania and 2 months through South East Asia.

Canon Europe is a subsidiary of Canon Inc. of Japan, a world leading innovator and provider of imaging solutions.

Main responsibilities

-Monitor and coordinate the inventory, purchase and delivery process for CBS BU controlled
items. (toner, cartridges, MFP, Copiers)
-Observe and execute stock policy and ensure healthy stock.
-Phase in and phase out of models
-Responsible for satellite warehouse replenishment
-Allocate stock to national sales offices within the EMEA region
-Discuss with Canon Marketing on monthly base: sales result, pending tenders, competitor
behavior and/or other sales activities

Besides above written I was a member of a forecast improvement project that lasted multiple years.

October 2004 – June 2006
Supply Chain Coordinator for Emerson Energy Systems
DHL Exel Supply Chain
DHL Solutions offers customized logistics solutions for the entire supply chain. These services vary from advice, full supply chain design to production and order management.

My daily duties and responsibilities were:

-Liaise between client and DHL Excel operation departments
-Monitoring EDI-traffic and in- and outbound flows
-Creating and analyzing daily stock comparisons between multiple ERP/MRP-systems and instructing responsible parties to resolve discrepancies

September 2002 – January 2003
Graduation Internship, NedTrain (maintenance division of the Dutch Railways)
During this period I wrote my thesis for Nedtrain at the facility purchase department. One of the main responsibilities of this department was to conclude companywide supplier contracts. The goal of my thesis was to create a tool in order to show how much these contracts would be used by the whole company. In addition I investigated reasons for purchasing outside these contracts.
