2005-2014 Principal Product Manager International Cash Management
Responsible for the international notional and physical cash pool services in Europe.
My tasks:
Act as knowledge and support center for sales, client services, operations and IT;
Identify market trends, customer needs and business opportunities;
Develop and propagate the product and credit risk policy;
Optimize the profit and loss ratio;
Contribute to decision making by creating support amongst different stakeholders;
Act as product owner in change projects;
Ensure product compliancy with regulation such as Basel III, CRD IV, PSD.
Achievements:
Installation of automatic credit monitoring of international cash pools;
Streamline the international client onboarding processes;
Introduction of a uniform cross border cash management client agreement;
Improvement operational stability;
Launch of uniform international credit risk policy.
2000-2005 Product Marketing Manager Payments and Cash Management
Develop and promote the marketing proposition “Euronavigator” for international cash management offered by the different ING labels Banque Bruxelles Lambert (Belgium), BHF Bank (Germany) and ING Bank (Netherlands). Contribute to a common product proposition with the Swedish partnerbank Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.
