Responsible for development, maintenance and support of technology related solutions within the Dutch affiliate. Including business applications like CRM and Business Intelligence as well as IT service desk, hardware and office applications.
Stakeholder representing the Netherlands in international projects for application development like BI solutions and CRM systems.

Managing a team with BI specialists responsible for maintenance and development of the CRM system, reporting tools and support to the business departments in the use of these solutions. As the BI manager I was the stakeholder representing the Dutch affiliate in international projects related to the CRM and reporting systems on regional level (Western Europe)

Identification and development of contact center technology, building of the international Remicade medical information center in 2004. First multi-lingual Medical Information Center within Johnson & Johnson.
