I am a highly experienced commercial/sales manager with over 25 years’ experience in business. I pride myself on customer delivery which is the forefront of my achievements to date.
I have successfully managed various businesses through changing economic times and have always lead by example which has been one of the major reasons that I have achieved superb results in my career to date.

AAF International (Daikin Company), Amsterdam
I am responsible for a 4.7 million Euro business based out of the Amsterdam office, my team comprises of external sales, internal sales, high purity application engineers and finance.
The markets that we predominantly engaged in are commercial, covering health care, pharmaceutical, micro-electronics.
Our customer base has a broad range which is across end users and leading FM’s.
Sales Director Benelux
- Full responsibility for the Dutch and Belgium Sales Organization supervising 16 FTE, incl. 11 in sales
- Reporting to VP Sales in Germany and daily contact with European head office in Frankfurt
- Regular Team meetings and carried out appraisals
- Overseeing FTE sales
- Coached and mentored my internal and external sales teams
- Daily contact with production plants in Slovakia, Latvia, USA and China

My role as Commercial Manager for Eggerding comprises a over 15 million Euro business where I had internal sales and external agents reporting directly into me.
The head office is in the Port of Amsterdam with satellite offices worldwide where our core products are minerals which are traded, stored, dried, sieved, milled, micronized and finally shipped and worldwide distributed.

As Sales Manager I was responsible for two filters divisions with a combined turnover of 4 million. I lead a team of 6, comprising, external sales and internal sales, service and planning.
With the head office in Zaandam, air, liquid and gas filters were successfully traded and serviced to museums, libraries, oil and gas industry, sea water desalination, (petro-) chemical, electronics, pharmaceutical - and food industries
